Rosolio di Cannella
In this rosolio come back to life the strong scents of oriental spices. It is made depending on an ancient, traditional recipe, immersing precious cinnamon from Ceylon, called the “Queen of cinnamon” in absolute alcohol. The rosolio preserves the intensive aroma and all digestive qualities of cinnamon. Its colour is the natural colour of cinnamon slightly opaque, its perfume is intensive, the taste gentle and delicate. It can be used in various ways, as dessert, with sweets, with ice cream and as digestive drink.
